pijukka 09baa2fed0 agent-codex: drop [agent <job_id>] prefix from XMPP replies 
Feedback from lukas via the agent itself: the job-id prefix was
unnecessary for users and made mobile chat reading harder. send_reply
now sends the response body as-is.

Also gitignore __pycache__/, which appeared untracked after running
this script.
