ragenix provides an agenix-named binary on blunix so the documented agenix -e/-r workflow actually works there instead of relying on nix run github:ryantm/agenix each time. It has no -d/--decrypt flag, unlike the original CLI, so secrets/README.md now documents the fallback for that case. forgejoToken.age holds a token for Claude to use the Forgejo API directly (merging/closing PRs, etc.) instead of raw git+curl workarounds.
