- agents/claude-settings/reviewer.json: added "Bash(cd * && git *)" to
the allow list. operator-smoke-split-docs's Review was denied Bash
entirely under dontAsk mode ("Permission to use Bash has been denied
because Claude Code is running in don't ask mode") while a sibling
review under the identical settings succeeded -- Claude Code matches
permission patterns against the literal command prefix, so a model
that prefixes with `cd <repo> &&` (natural, since cwd is agents/)
never matched the existing "Bash(git *)" pattern and was denied
outright rather than prompted.
- trigger.py/board.html: two new "+ Smoke-Test" buttons (klein/groß) in
the header, POST /api/board/smoke-tests/<direct|split>, writing a
fresh, auto-numbered intent from a template so repeated runs never
collide with an earlier run's slug or target marker files.
- 5 new tests, 168/168 passing.
