pijukka be9d9ca9ac host(tnix): switch wifi to iPhone hotspot, allow enp0s31f6 without default route 
Disable the idea/mango network in favor of the iPhone hotspot PSK.
For the mobile IPv6 inbound-reachability research (docs/roadmap.md),
enable DHCP on enp0s31f6 (Mango router uplink) but keep it from
overriding the wlan0 default route via dhcpcd's `nogateway`.
