board-agent's own README documents docs/intent/ and docs/research-intent/ as tracked corpus directories, and docs/review/<slug>.md as the reviewer's persisted report per card - but the pipeline only writes these files to the checkout, it never commits them itself. This had built up a backlog of intent/review docs for cards already marked deployed or archiviert in the live board state, which were sitting uncommitted in the working tree. Adds that backlog as-is: the originating intents, their reviewer reports, the research-intent/research pair for the board UX evaluation, and one standalone process-retrospective report (board-review-pipeline-context- overhead.md, same genre as the two already-tracked audit reports in docs/review/). Scope und Prüfmethoden:
|
|
- Ausschließlich der Commit-Diff `b4c1dd6~1..b4c1dd6`.
|
|
- Betroffene Dateien: `board.html`, `trigger.py`, `test_board_agent.py`.
|
|
- Diff- und Quelltextprüfung per `git show`/`git diff`.
|
|
- Testausführung versucht: `python3` ist nicht verfügbar; `nix develop --command python ...` scheiterte an read-only Nix-Cache.
|
|
- Kein Arbeitsbaum-Diff wurde geprüft oder verändert.
|
|
|
|
Befunde:

|
|
- blocker: Keine Befunde.
|
|

Positive Beobachtungen:
|
|
- Intent-Anzeige verwendet einen fest konstruierten, validierten Slug und begrenzt Pfadauflösung auf `docs/intent`.
|
|
- Vorwärtsübergänge mit übersprungenen Pipeline-Stufen werden serverseitig abgelehnt.
|
|
- Rückwärtsübergänge und direkte Nachbarübergänge werden weiterhin unterstützt.
|
|
- Neue API- und Guardrail-Fälle sind durch Tests abgedeckt.
|
|
- Die Frontend-Ausgabe verwendet `textContent`; Intent-Inhalte werden nicht als HTML interpretiert.
|
|
|
|
Unsicherheiten und offene Prüfungen:
|
|
- Die Test-Suite konnte in der vorhandenen Umgebung nicht erfolgreich ausgeführt werden, da Python fehlt und Nix wegen des read-only Caches nicht starten konnte.
|
|
- Eine vollständige Nix-Evaluierung wurde daher nicht durchgeführt.
|
|
- Die Entscheidung bewertet den statischen Commit-Diff; Laufzeitverhalten bleibt wegen der fehlenden Testausführung teilweise unbestätigt.
|
|
|
|
Entscheidung: bereit für Deployment
|
