pijukka 0d8ffa0ece brand(forgejo,phanpy): roll out spiral-v2 icon set, matching launcher/dashboard

Prepared by the Builder over several XMPP jobs on 2026-07-30; left
uncommitted because its own verification runs `nix flake check`/`nix
build` before `git add -A`, and flakes only see git-tracked files -- a
new branding/ directory can never pass that check before it's staged.
Deployed here after staging the new files by hand and re-running the
full verification cascade (flake check, build for both hosts,
diff-closures, dry-activate, switch) -- pinix first, then blunix.

Forgejo gets its custom logo/favicon via systemd.tmpfiles into
/var/lib/forgejo/custom/public/assets/img; Phanpy embeds the same set
at build time via postPatch; a copy is also mirrored to
data.0ff.space/spiral-v2.png (blunix's fileserver-external.nix) for the
launcher/dashboard sites already using it.

Service branding

spiral-v2 is derived from https://data.0ff.space/spiral.png and is used for the Forgejo and Phanpy icons. The source image is mirrored on both axes and its RGB channels are inverted while preserving alpha:

magick spiral.png -flip -flop -channel RGB -negate +channel spiral-v2.png

The PNG and ICO sizes are generated from that transformed image. The SVG is traced from its alpha channel with a white fill.
