pijukka ec6d335aff docs: prune completed Herdr task papers, retire session log

Deletes 13 docs/intent/ files whose tasks are already shipped (verified
against git log, not just their own "Status" headers) plus docs/log.md
and docs/notiz-hardware-architektur.md, whose content is superseded or
fully absorbed elsewhere. Two still-open intent docs
(forgejo-umzug-blunix, ipv6-mango-connector-poc) get folded into
docs/roadmap.md as visible open items instead of sitting unlinked in
docs/intent/.

Cross-checked every candidate against the rest of the repo first:
agents/design/herdr-self-close-entwurf.md and
docs/intent/sdlc-playbook-prozessergaenzungen.md are read at runtime by
agents/tests/roles.sh (would have broken the test suite), and
docs/hdm-klon-plan.md, docs/herdr-eskalation-review-entwurf.md,
docs/graphify-dashboard-plan.md and docs/intent/kanban-board-admin-trigger.md
are actively cited by live service code or explicitly declared to remain
elsewhere — all six were kept out of the original consolidation list for
that reason.

Cleaned up dangling docs/log.md references left behind in README.md,
operator-prompt.md, memory/INDEX.md, memory/project-context.md,
docs/repos.md, dex.nix, radicale.nix and finance-agent/README.md.

Projekt-Kontext (Langfrist)

Ergänzt docs/roadmap.md (offene Richtungsfragen) um Kontext, der darüber hinaus stabil bleibt — warum die Plattform so gebaut ist, wie sie ist, nicht nur was als Nächstes ansteht.

Woher das kommt

0ff.space ist eine selbst gehostete Plattform auf drei Hosts: tnix (Laptop, Hyprland-Desktop), blunix (VPS: Reverse-Proxy, Auth, Mesh-VPN-Kontrolle, dauerhafter Admin-Arbeitsplatz), pinix (Raspberry Pi 4: Forgejo, XMPP, Fediverse, Kalender, Aufgabenverwaltung, Dateifreigaben). Multi-Agenten-System (Herdr)

Gewachsen aus dem Bedürfnis, die Plattform per Diktat vom Handy aus weiterzuentwickeln, ohne selbst am Terminal zu sitzen (docs/herdr-orchestration.md). Der Orchestrator ist die einzige Dialogschnittstelle; sichtbare Spezialisten (administrator, orga, agent-manager, reviewer, graphics) laufen als eigene Herdr-Panes. Sicherheitsmodell bewusst mehrschichtig — siehe die Capability-Handoff-Protokolle in agents/orga.md und die dokumentierten Vorfälle in docs/herdr-eskalation-review-entwurf.md.

Bekannte, noch nicht gebaute Rolle: planner — existiert bisher nur als Modell-Profil-Stub in agents/catalog.json, keine Rollendatei, kein Katalog-Eintrag in roles. Aus einer Nutzer-Skizze vom 01.09.2026: soll recherchieren, einen Plan machen, bei offenen Fragen nachfragen, erst bei fertigem Plan an andere Rollen delegieren.

Graphify als Wissens-Layer

Installiert, um die Plattform selbst als durchsuchbaren Graphen verfügbar zu machen (hosts/globalServices/graphify.nix). Zwei Graphen existieren bereits: ein Voll-Repo-Graph und ein gezielter platform-infrastructure-Graph (graphify-out/). Der eingebaute Lern-Mechanismus (graphify reflect/save-result → graphify-out/reflections/LESSONS.md) ist installiert, aber Stand 01.09.2026 noch nicht in Benutzung.

Sichtbarkeits-Lücke, die zu diesem Memory-System geführt hat

Nutzer-Feedback vom 01.09.2026: viele Teile des Systems existieren bereits (Agenten-Rollen, Graphen, das dashboard-Repo), sind aber über verschiedene Orte verteilt und dadurch unsichtbar — "ich verliere den Überblick". Auslöser für: dieses memory/-Verzeichnis, die Aktivierung von Graphify-Reflect, und eine neue Übersichtsseite im bestehenden dashboard-Repo (separates Forgejo-Repo, dash.0ff.space auf pinix).
